Courses available throughout this summer:

• Power boat level 1 and 2.

• Day skipper theory - shore based.

• Day skipper practical (aboard Happy Days) 5 day course including a cross channel trip (weather permitting).

• Yacht-Master theory - shore based.

• Yacht-Master practical (aboard Happy Days) 5 day course
including a cross channel trip and night work (weather permitting).

Learn: Navigation, rules of the road, how the tide works and influences your passage, bouyage, weather, emergency procedures, passage planning, and lots more either in the class room or at sea.

On all practical courses you will be expected to have some basic knowledge of navigation etc.

If you are thinking of taking the Yacht-Master practical you will need at least 2500miles at sea of which a percentage of will be as skipper and at night.

All the above courses are for Power boats.

We also arrange courses in life saving, first aid at sea, etc.
